The Solution
As the Lead Product Designer, I collaborated closely with the Product Manager and Lead Developer to design a user-friendly internal tool.
Through the discovery & strategy phase I meticulously analyzed the intricate fee structures within customer creations to ensure accurate calculations and a seamless user experience.
My responsibilities included crafting the user flow for both the internal tool and the end-to-end customer creation process.
